Our Service may only be used by persons associated with a company or organization (“Customer”) that has signed a Software Services Agreement with us. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting or contract modification. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Use of the Service

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and all activities under your account.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes must be resolved in Delaware state or federal courts.
